The workshops I attended with you made me understand how the mind of a little child works and what is my role in it. This had a huge impact on me overall. I started working and putting in efforts into my kids .. seeing the results has led me to do what I do today for last 13 years now .. training young parents .. You always have solutions for problems posed at you and it has been very inspiring watching you for all these years now .. since 2007!.

Ira demonstrated exceptional dedication and passion as a volunteer facilitator for my non-profit organization, think peace workshop, where she worked tirelessly to empower and support teen girls from diverse backgrounds around the world. She consistently went above and beyond to create a nurturing and inclusive environment for our participants. Ira facilitated workshops addressing sensitive and complicated issues facing girls and women around the world with tremendous kindness, gentleness, and strength. Ira's ability to connect with and inspire these young women was truly remarkable, and her contributions played a pivotal role in fostering personal growth and leadership development.

Following the workshop, we did a focus on assessment in our collaboration, both to reflect on the previous unit and feed forward into the current ones. I have had three team members share their assessment plans and evidence of what is happening in the classroom. Grade 3 chose their own tool, created their success criteria and even decided how they were going to record feed forward and use it! It has been lovely to see these things implemented.
